Supplier was supposed to ship with ‘ double customs clearance ‘ this is to avoid costs like tax and duty fees entering our country ( we paid a higher amount for this service ) but the supplier cut corners and shipped without this service ( to cut costs ) or they didn’t listen. However, it has been proved on the chats they agreed to ship with the method we wanted and charged us for it. Cutting corners like this is really bad, they have cost my company thousands of dollars and fail to respond ( guilty mind ). If they were fair and were accountable for their mistakes, you may not be reading this complaint - I am shocked at this service and how bad it has been.
see attached proof the supplier does not respond when there is actual evidence that they have done something wrong. They still haven’t refunded or bothered to respond, please do not get ripped off.
